About Us
Agassiz Medical Centre is located within Boundary Trails Place, a group of facilities intended to meet all your medical needs. Surrounding the Agassiz Medical Centre is an optometrist, dentist, orthodontist, pharmacist, athletic therapist, Public Health nurse and many other health and wellness oriented businesses.
The Agassiz Medical Centre is a community owned clinic that is operated in consultation with a board of directors that represent every part of the community. Funds to purchase medical equipment and technology are provided by the Agassiz Physicians and Surgeons, the Town of Morden, the RM of Stanley, donations from businesses, community organizations and private individuals. This group effort helps to maintain a modern facility that allows all community members and visitors to benefit.

Physician Integrated Network (PIN)
PIN is a Manitoba Health and Healthy Living primary care renewal initiative that focuses on fee-for-service (FFS) physician groups.
Its goal is to facilitate systemic improvements in the delivery of primary care.
PIN Vision
Quality primary care is available to all Manitobans through networked primary care physicians in collaboration with other providers.
PIN Objectives
The objectives of PIN are:
- To improve access to primary care
“Right provider, right place, right time” - To improve Primary Care Providers’ access to and use of information
“Right information, right time to support effective decision making for the provision of care and for effective management of the group practice” - To improve the work life for all primary care providers
“Ensuring a supportive, healthy and sustainable work environment” - To demonstrate high quality primary care with a specific focus on Chronic Disease Management
“Doing the right thing at the right time to achieve the best possible results”
