Walk-in should be used for non life threatening illnesses and injuries such as
- minor cuts/abrasions
- flu
- fever
- allergies
- minor injuries
- pink eye
- strains/sprains
- coughs/sore throats
- diarrhea
- ear pain
- sinus infections
- yeast infection
Walk-in is NOT to be used for the following:
- routine prescription renewal.
- It is best if patients see their regular doctor for prescription renewals.
- life threatening situations such as:
- heart attack/chest pain
- poisoning
- loss of consciousness
For emergency care, patients are to go to Boundary Trails Health Centre.
In the patients best interest, we are only able to accomodate a certain number of patients during our walk-in clinic. Because of this, you may be told the walk-in clinic is "full" when you arrive. We understand this is frustrating. Please let our staff help you to book the next available appointment.

Please Note: Due to time restraints we may not be able to accommodate all patients who want to be seen during our evening walk-in clinic. Our reception staff will notify you if you will not be able to be seen and can assist you in making the next available appointment.
